General Terms & Conditions

The use of this site for the reservation of transfers is conditioned by the acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The person making the reservation assumFes the responsibility for the bookings and accepts the following terms and conditions for and on behalf of each member in their party.

Goodfeeling Transfers is not responsible for any loss or damage which is not caused directly by their services nor for any item left in the interior of their vehicles.

War, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, vandalism, labour conflicts, technical problems with the transport, closed or congested airports, natural or nuclear catastrophes, fires, severe weather conditions, accidents causing delays in your transport, orders of authority, unforeseen delays in traffic, problems caused by other clients, the safety of the passengers or other circumstances that affect the natural running of our activity are outside the scope of our responsibility.

It is of the sole responsibility of the client to be at the date, time and place agreed with the driver, under penalty of being left behind.

The charges are subject to alterations without prior notice, when due to circumstances beyond our control.

The cost of the tolls is not included in the price of the transfer. This amount will be added, whenever applicable.

We will not accept complaints with regard to delays before or during the trip caused by circumstances beyond Goodfeeling Transfer’s control.


When two or more people are included in the same reservation, the person who makes the reservation accepts the terms and conditions for themselves and for the remaining parties in the group, acting as an agent for them.


Reservations can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year – including holidays.


When a reservation is made by telephone, the client is subject to the terms and conditions.


Payment is made to the driver in cash (euros), preferably including the return, on arrival at the hotel/resort. After payment, the driver issues a receipt which will serve as proof of payment. However, payment on line can also be made (with a minimum of 48 hours in advance of arrival). If you prefer not to pay for both ways, you can pay for each trip individually.

Alteration of your reservation

If you wish to make changes to your booking (no. of people, destination, etc.) you do not need to make another booking, just contact us. If you wish to make an alteration, just contact Goodfeeling Transfer. The amounts may be different from the original reservation but at the time of the alteration you will be notified. Alterations to bookings made on line will not be accepted if done under 12 hours of your flight time.

Confirmation by e-mail

After you have made your reservation, we will send you a confirmation e-mail, within 24 hours. If you do not receive your confirmation within this period, please contact us by telephone. This confirmation must be shown to the driver or representative.


Clients can cancel their bookings by e-mail or telephone, with a minimum of 12 hours notice before your flight time.


Normally, each passenger transports one suitcase and one hand luggage. If you have extra luggage, i.e. baby stroller, wheelchair, golf clubs or any other outside the scope of normal luggage, please advise us in the message box on the booking form or on the contact section of the site in order to guarantee that we are aware of your extra luggage. Lack of this information may originate in transport problems, for which Goodfeeling Transfer will not be held responsible.

Children seating

Under the Portuguese law, children are obligated to travel in seats that are appropriate for their ages, therefore, Goodfeeling Transfer has the pleasure in providing, free of charge, all the seats require to guarantee that your children travel in safety, as long as we are advised the day before arrival.


All of Goodfeeling Transfer’s activity is licensed by the Tourism of Portugal, IP and is insured by AXA insurance company, in accordance with Portuguese legislation.

Alcohol & abusive behaviour

Goodfeeling Transfer reserves the right to deny transport to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behaviour is considered abusive and can constitute a threat to the driver, vehicle or other passengers.

Eating & Drinking

The passengers are not authorized to drink beverages or eat in our vehicles.


Goodfeeling Transfer complies with the law of Non Smoking in all of its vehicles.

Data Protection

Our clients’ data will not be supplied to any other person on entity.

Laws & Jurisdiction

These conditions are legislated and regulated in whole by Portuguese Law.
